"When I first went to Mike many years ago Mike trained me face to face. As the years progressed Mike developed his unique VTS online training system. I really didn't want to try VTS and much preferred face to face training. I couldn't have been more wrong. Mike asked me to give it a go as he no longer worked with people face to face anymore and it's great! Simple to use, loads of helpful features, graphs, photo library and charts and recipes. Together with his weekly personalised advice not only on nutrition and exercise but also other important things like sleep and stress this all makes the whole process flow easily. Mikes not only helped me physically, he's helped me be more mentally focused. When your straight upstairs.. everything else just falls in to place. It's been another awesome week.
