Welcome to my Virtual Training website! My name is Mike Calpin, using the experience I have gained over the last 33 years I have been helping my clients get the body they’ve always wanted. Most of them have been in the same position you probably are right now: they have tried every diet in the book and nothing had worked. They have researched the internet for hours only to find all the information about nutrition and what they should eat, and how they should train contradicting itself. They have wasted years of training and dieting only to find themselves frustrated at the lack of progress they have made. Not to mention wasted money!

Through word of mouth, people just like YOU found their way to me, and the transformations you see on my website are just a fraction of what we have accomplished together. By following my nutrition and exercise programs, they have achieved what they never thought was even possible. They now have not only the bodies they’ve always wanted, but newly found confidence in themselves, happier and more fulfilling lives and improved stamina.

I will give you all the support, motivation and directions that you need to achieve your goals, whether it’s to lose that post pregnancy belly, have a six pack or simply to feel healthier and fitter. Together we will transform your body, health and mood for the better. Whether you are old or young, male or female, disabled, morbidly obese or extremely skinny, if looking to build some muscle, lose fat or simply tone, I will provide you with a personalized nutrition and training program, covering a 12-week period.

At the beginning of the program, you will tell me what your main goals are and I will provide you with a week-by-week guide to get there.

Each week you will check-in and send me a photograph of yourself, together with your measurements, food diary and training log and ask me any questions you may have. I will then personally review your progress and advise you on what to do for the following week. All you have to do is follow my directions. It’s as simple as that ! It’s just as if you were seeing me in person, but at a saving of £300! I offer the convenience of a personalized nutrition and a training program from the comfort of your home (or a gym) that is tailored to your specific goals.
