How it works

So whether your are...

Old or young, male or female, overweight, underweight, looking to build some muscle, lose fat or simply tone and improve your health. Your start point does not matter. I will provide you with a personalized nutrition and exercise program covering either a 6 or 12-week period. All you have to do is follow my weekly directions in your online check-in.

Shift work, lack of sleep and illness have set me back but not stopped me and I am really pleased with the results.
