"Just wanted to write a little something to say thanks Mike for all your help so far. I don't think I was the easiest customer at first with my own knowledge and opinions made on how to diet and train from research I had done. After a month I came back to Mike with reasonable losses but Mike knew something wasn't quite right and asked about everything I had been doing. I came clean and told him that I had been doing the program which he set me plus power lifting in the evenings which meant extra meals and training twice a day etc. I thought training twice a day could only be a good thing? Turns out NOT! After listening to Mike and following his advice to the letter, the pounds came off week by week and I lost just under 50 lbs plus 7 inches from my waist. Moral of this story: do as Mike says and it will work! I'm already looking forward to the results of stage 2! I would recommend Mike to anyone. Cheers Mike, keep up the good work!"
