"When I started my VTS program with Mike I felt depressed over 'the state' I had gotten myself in to. I had excuse after excuse of why and how I had ended up there. I was always blaming different circumstances, not enough time and so on. Every night saying "I'll start tomorrow", but my tomorrow never really came. I have tried loads of different ways of losing the weight, but never really got any big results. Yes, of course I lost a few pounds, but I always put them back on again (or more) and this usually before I even had lost enough to be able to tell a difference until I found Mike and the VTS program and support that he offers.Not only have i seen the weight and centimetres drop off around different parts of my body, 25lbs lost now and 8 inches off my waist and 5 inches off my glutes. I have also learnt and stopped (with the help, support and advisement from this VTS program) put the blame on others or different circumstances for the reason why I didn't lose any weight. I have started to 'own' the 'problem'. With the support from Mike and the VTS program I have started to make time for myself, to invest as much time in myself as in my children, studies, work, home etc. The more I got in to my workouts and nutrition the more energetic I've become. It's been hard at times, but now I am at a place where I look forward to my workouts and I have been given the tools to make a change to my way of living."
