"Before embarking on my 12 week VTS adventure with Mike I was at the heaviest I'd ever been. I was constantly lethargic, had major issues with my gut and had never known a good nights sleep. I found it all too easy to blame the long anti social shifts that I worked. I'd followed Mike's transformations on facebook for a few year and used my up coming wedding as motivation to get into shape and I knew that if anyone could help me do it, it was Mike.
