"Having completed my first 12 week enrolment I am extremely happy with the results I have achieved, seeing a total loss of 19 lbs, but not only physically but my mental well being too. I feel so much better in my own skin and now have the determination, motivation and drive to continue and enrol for a second time. I can only imagine what results a second enrolment will bring...I feel physically fitter, stronger and all round healthier. I stuck to my diet for the main part but being human slipped now and again. It is true what Mike says...when I had eaten crap, it made me feel crap. When I eat well it makes me feel better about myself. Eating regular, healthy, clean meals has now become routine. At first I found it difficult to measure what I ate but after a while you get an eye for how much to eat. This process helps you understand what a portion size should be. Preparation also helped me, preparing meals in advance if I was going to be out and about stopped me from nipping into a chippy or other convenience food outlet. I can't highlight enough how being prepared helped me. As for my training...that too has become part of my routine and I feel out of sync if I miss a session. And I did miss a few throughout my first enrolment, life kind of gets in the way sometimes! If I missed a session I would shove myself and go all out for the following week. I increased my own cardio gradually as well as weights, using the principles of progressive overload Mike recommended, increasing each session just a little each time...I'm now at the point where I need to buy more weights, something which I would never have imagined when I first started, I could barely lift half the weights I started with!! Last but not least, if anyone does read this and actually reads this far...if I can do it, so can you. You've already shown that first bit of determination to have read this far...use that determination, go out there and do it, you won't regret it if you do, but you may regret it if you don't!"
