"Wow me posing in a bikini! never in my 44 years would I ever have thought I could do such a thing and that's all down to the brilliant Mike Calpin. I can't thank him enough. The VTS system is the best thing I have ever done! It's not really a diet, I have 5/6 meals/snacks a day and no not just lettuce leaves..real tasty food with lot's of really tasty recipes to choose from..over 250 to be precise. It's all about consistency and moderation as Mike has taught me this as well as together with exercise (and no not hours in the gym 40 mins tops and still crawling out the gym) and also making sure i get plenty of sleep/rest! You can get the body you desire...just follow Mike's advice in your weekly checkins. After just 2 enrolments, I'm happier healthier and have loads of energy. I would recommend The Virtual Training System to any one just a bit of determination and you can do it...I've had my slips but Mike has always been there to reassure me it will be ok and Nat is only a text message away if needed, to help in any way she can....i just want to say thank you Mike and Nat for everything and looking forward to the next VTS!..."
