"After a number of years of going to the gym but never really achieving the kind of results I wanted, I decided to look for something or someone who could make the difference and make the most of my efforts. Mike has certainly done this for me. I joined The VTS because I wanted to lose fat and tone up and as a result not only look better but feel better too. Because I'm always so busy with our young family and a full time job, I originally doubted whether I would be able to achieve this but I needn't have worried. Mike built a training schedule that has fitted in with my lifestyle perfectly, by utilising my lunch hour during the week he has tailor made a routine that has still enabled me to get the results I was after. Before I started I was feeling tired and had low energy levels but this has changed just as much as the visual changes that have taken place. Following Mike's advice, I changed the way I trained and importantly my diet too. I lost 10lb without losing any muscle mass, exactly the results I was hoping for. I was worried that being a fussy eater combined with having a two week holiday during my enrolment would hinder my chances of getting the results I was after, but with Mike's advice and encouragement I've started eating foods I never imagined I'd like and also stuck to the plan whilst on holiday, something I'm really proud of. After just 12 weeks I now feel fresher, re-vitalised and am really happy with how I look and the great thing is I've achieved it in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable and I know I'll continue to do things Mike's way and can go on to maintain and even improve upon the results I've achieved.
