"I set myself a target to loose 2 stones which I have managed! I have lost 5 inches from my waist, and 8 inches from my glutes and 4 inches from my arm. It has been much easier than all the diets I have tried such as Lighter Life and WeightWatchers. I am now more aware of portion size and haven't felt hungry at all. I feel I have more energy and morale boosted as people have noticed I have lost weight. I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis(UC) and have been able to tolerate foods including salad and veg that I haven't had for a couple of years, my joints suffer due to my UC but have felt much better. I haven't had to do big sessions at the gym (which I was expecting) I've gone for walks with my family or exercise dvd's or Mike's recommendations at home which makes it more sustainable.
