"I had been feeling unhappy about my weight for some time. All of my life has involved training in some way, either it be playing rugby or kickboxing. However over recent years my training had stopped and I began gaining weight, and generally feeling unhappy about my appearance. After looking on Facebook one day, I noticed some of my friends had enrolled in The VTS programme and I saw the transformations they were making, this encouraged me to enrol. Over the last 12 weeks, I have lost just over two stone, and over 5 inches from my waist. I can fit into clothes that I haven't worn for some time, and I am now feeling content with how I look, and will continue eating well and exercising.
