"So after being a member of a gym for about 20 years, going to endless spin classes or running miles and miles a week; trying every diet known to man, from cabbage soup to weight watchers, atkins, high fat low cabs, 5:2, the list goes and on on! I've never changed shape. I'm a typical apple shape. My legs and arms would get thinner but my waist never did and I still had a fat back. After seeing amazing results from friends, I thought I'd give this a go, I might as well I've tried every other fad diet/exercise regime! Well I haven't been disappointed. Mike had me eating regular healthy meals, getting a good nights sleep and taking time in the evening to go to the gym for an hour just 4 times a week, instead of lying on the sofa watching Eastenders drinking a much needed (apparently) glass of red wine! I haven't got a clue what's happening in Eastenders now, but I've realised I don't really care. Because not only has my body changed, especially my back and waistline, I've lost 4 INCHES from my waist alone!!! but I have more energy and feel more alert. My job is very stressful at times but through this way of eating and stabilising my blood sugar, I am more able to cope with those difficulties. I only very occasionally scour the office for a 3pm biscuit to have with my green tea these days, and don't need endless coffees to get my through afternoon slump. People have also commented on my eyes, skin and hair and just say I am looking good, which is always lovely to hear. This is not just another fad, but a whole different way of looking at food and exercise; a different way of living. Thank you Mike and Nat for your support and motivation, just the boost I've been waiting for and sure something I will continue to follow, the results speak for themselves" Dani
