"I had seen your page on FB and kept looking at all your transformations over the past few years. I thought I wouldn't be able to do it, and made so many excuses as to why. But this year I took the plunge! and I can't even begin to write down all the ways in which Mike's advice helped me over the past 12 weeks. Fat loss, muscle gain, changing body shape and increased fitness ability are just some of them. Plus 26lbs in weight and over 6 inches off my waist. To be fair I expected all of those. What I didn't expect were the changes to my moods. I'm so much happier in general, and have way more motivation and energy. Before these 12 weeks life was a cycle of work, eat and sleep. I didn't even think I had enough time to exercise. But now I do 5 manageable sessions at the gym and spend more days out with the kids, plus weekends away and I'm enjoying life so much more. This has all led to a happier family life and I'm so grateful to you Mike for that. I will use what I have learned through The VTS to maintain my weight loss and my happier state of mind.
