"I'd been struggling to lose weight since my daughter was born, she's about to turn 3 now!. In the past, like most women I've done all the well known diets but found that none of them are really sustainable. We moved back to Spain after a few years back in England and finally after the kids were settled in school I joined the gym and at first thought I'd just do it on my own, after 6 months of no results, I realised I'm not actually an expert in fitness and nutrition so decided to get Mike's help.
