"What an amazing 12 weeks this has been, I can honestly say Mike's advice and encouragement has transformed my life in so many ways. I'd gotten into a rut of eating poorly and not motivated to do much, staying at home vegging out on the sofa. But these 12 weeks have not only changed how I look but how I feel about myself. The nutrition advice has been invaluable, I'm eating better and feeling more energetic, healthy and sleeping well. The workouts have been tough physically but in a good way! and they have fitted in well into my daily routine, and I love how I feel after each work out. Each week, Mike's advice has enabled me to push myself to the next level..the weekly check-ins are fantastic. There where times when I felt like nothing was changing, but Mikes positive response and feedback keep you on track and focused. I am truly feeling wonderful and can't thank Mike enough.
