"I have always been a gym go'er since leaving secondary school on and off but never had a physique I was fully happy with. After purchasing my first home and now having 2 children I let the gym slip and saw myself slowly putting weight on, the "dad bod" hit me. I saw all the great before and after shots of Mike's clients and decided to give it a go! I can honestly say that I have lost more body fat and learnt more than I thought I would with regards training and nutrition! My first thought before checking in with Mike was I hope I don't feel hungry all the time! Turns out to lose body fat and maintain muscle as long as you eat the right things you can eat MORE! my first week I had to go food shopping twice due to not having bought enough food! I can honestly say I've never felt better and I have never gone hungry. Another problem I thought Mike would struggle advising me on was working round my 14-15 hour working days (including travelling). Before even signing up Natalie and Mike put my mind at ease and rest assured Mike came up with a great system I could work with. Since starting the VTS challenge 12 weeks ago, I have lost nearly 1 and a half stone and 5 inches from my waist! The dad bod has finally gone and just in time for summer! I cannot recommend Mike and Natalie enough! Every check-in has great info and even throughout the week they keep in touch with little extra boosts to keep you going" Tom
