"Well where do i start lol. I met Mike and told him i couldn't put weight on...boy i was in for a shock. I told him where i was at..which was 10 st 7lbs and looking ill, constant head aches, always felt tired. I was eating junk food, and was also drinking loads of fizzy pop and beer. He told me to add up how many cans of pop i drank. I told him 45 a week. (which was a lie it was more like 60+) I never realised how much damage i had been doing to myself. I started the enrolment and it took me about 3 weeks to get my act together. Mike and Nat are amazing people and the process isn't bad at all..and being honest, I've actually enjoyed it! That much that im doing it again and probably again lol. Ive gained 19lbs in weight! and I've gained 4 inches on my chest and amazingly lost 2 inches off my waist as well! I just cant believe how well Mikes advice worked, not only the weight and muscle gains, but my health in general, ive not had a headache in months plus i feel alive and kicking. I am officialy heavier than my wife now lol and my wedding ring fits me properly "result" Thank you so much for your guidance and training.
