"First of all i would like to thank Mike and Nat for the knowledge they have taught me. At first i found it difficult to get my head around eating so much food, as i used to be obsessed with limiting my food intake as i wanted to lose weight. However Mike and nat have taught me the complete opposite, which has changed my whole mind set around food to a much healthier one. Taking progress pictures really helped show me that even though the number on the scales may have not changed much (12 lbs in weight but 4 inches off my waist and over 2 inches off each thigh) my body shape has. They have also shown me that weight loss is a journey and each week is different some weeks you may lose weight some weeks just cm, this has taught me to limit my expectations when it comes to weight loss as not every week you're going to loose 3 or more lbs. I feel so much better in myself! Im not as bloated and i don't feel as sluggish and tired all the time" Ms X
