"I am nervous about people seeing these pictures, but here goes.. I get married this year and did not want to feel uncomfortable walking down the aisle the size i was. I wanted something that worked not a fad diet or starving my self. Before i started i was really nervous but Nat put my mind at rest straight away with talking through what happens. I thought I would be hungry all the time as i love chocolate and always found myself eating the wrong things at work... i was so wrong! I kept to the meal plans and recipes..over 300 of them to choose from and enjoyed the meals recommended and I also found meal prep is a big help and never felt like i was hungry till it was time to eat. I even went away for a couple of days in between losing weight and stook to eating well using the advice provided by Mike. It shows if you really want something all you have to do is believe! Weekly check ins are great for questions and advice and are a real help to keep pushing you. In the 12 weeks I lost 24 pounds! and 9 inches off my waist, plus 5 inches off my glutes, 4 inches off my thighs and 2 inches off my arms! (correct me if i am wrong) My first week of weights i was so nervous i took my partner, so i did not feel uncomfable next to everyone. But by the second week i thought "come on you can do this just concentrate on yourself no one is looking!" Jetfit is a great app to use while at the gym. My confidence has grown and i have loads more energy, even though i am still not there yet i can not wait to carry this on and keep pushing. Massive thanks to Mike and Nat for getting me there."
