"Who knew what believing in your self could achieve ??!! This is such a hard thing for me to post... the before photos literally make me want to be sick and I feel so ashamed I ever got to that place I started a new way of life in January. I'm not calling it a E2809CDietE2809D or E2809Cnew year new meE2809D for a few months, I'm calling it a life change !! I decided to take the plunge and do something I never thought I ever could do. In fact one of my worst nightmares! I started Mike Calpin 12 week VTS, which is totally out of my comfort zone !! Nat, his amazing wife who Ive been having 2 PT sessions with a week (including Indian head massage and meditation and Reiki which can I just say has helped me so so much mentally!!!) Nat is part of the dream team!! I don't actually know where to start with, or what to say about these 2!!! Without sounding cheesy, they have changed my life, mentally, physically and emotionally and I can't thank them both enough!!! I can't quite believe I've lost 2 stone 4lbs since January. I'd got to a point in my life where I was so low, the little confidence I did have had gone and I was just a mess, I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror without feeling disgust or crying. I found happiness in food, and comfort eaten my way to a bad place ... a place I promised I'd never go back to ... but I did. I've always had an unhealthy view of my weight and food and body image. I've always done fad diets, starvation diets and those stupid calorie counting diets. All of which may have worked at the time, but really wasn't good for me mentally, and could never maintain. But With the correct professional guidance each week from Mike, he has helped me and advised me with my nutrition and training. And I've thoroughly enjoyed everything !! Yes I've gained a new found love for Ghurkins lol I don't think il ever get fed up of them hahahaha! But I just want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart for everything. Nat has really helped me to believe in myself and believe that I am worthy of happiness, and I am good enough! I'd never have done it without you both! So because I loved it that much I'm going to do another 12 weeks !! I actually can't wait to see what levels I can get to and how I can push my self even further to a new happier healthy me. I have muscles in places I never dreamed of, and I feel toned and HEALTHY !! Time to build some strength and definition X Everyone should love themselves... even if it's just a little bit. And I have a little bit of love for myself rite now. I feel proud X If there's anyone out there who feels the same way I did, I 100000% recommend Mike & Nat X best thing I've ever done X
