"I heard about Mike when my husband started the VTS course to gain weight. I wanted to lose weight and when he showed me the website I couldn't believe what results people had achieved. I thought I would give it a go as I was desperate to lose weight. When I started the VTS course in January I weighed 11 stone 9lbs and feeling very down about not being able to shift the rest of my baby weight. Mike and Nat have been amazing and without their help and advice I wouldn't be as happy and as healthy as I am now.
