"Thank God for the Calpins! Before I started VTS I was overweight, unhappy and ashamed of the way I looked. My self confidence was rock bottom and it completely took over my life. I've always been that person that is ALWAYS on a diet but never really seem to see any results. THANKFULLY Mike was recommended to me! As soon as I saw his results on Facebook I applied to do VTS, one of the best decisions I've made! He was so understanding and gave me a realistic plan that would easily fit into my lifestyle as I'm nurse and I work 12 to 13 hour days. Mike also recommended his wife Nat, I've trained one to one sessions with Nat over the 12 weeks and also attended her classes. She is so focused on ensuring that I achieve my goal and makes every session challenging ( and somehow fun) but more importantly she made sure my technique was always correct to avoid any injuries. I enjoyed the variety of the sessions and I soon saw improvements in my ability. Not only has VTS helped me physically but mentally too! I don't know what I would have done without Nats Indian head massage and meditation and Reiki which helped me stay focused and stay positive when life got stressful. I've managed to drop 8 inches off my waist and lose 11lb! I've still got a long way to go but I'm already feeling more confident and positive and that's just after 12 weeks!
