I started this plan purely to lose weight for my holidays, what I didn't expect was for it to totally change my life and make me really think about the foods I was eating. The VTS has been the best thing I have done, after trying every fad diet going, losing a few pounds, but only to put more on, this is the only plan I have ever stuck to.
