I started this plan purely to lose weight for my holidays, what I didn't expect was for it to totally change my life and make me really think about the foods I was eating. The VTS has been the best thing I have done, after trying every fad diet going, losing a few pounds, but only to put more on, this is the only plan I have ever stuck to. I actually haven't seen this plan as a diet, more a lifestyle change and completely sustainable. After two enrolments i have lost 8 inches from my waist, 6 inches from my glutes, and 4 inches from my thigh. I have more energy than I have had in a long time and feel great. I am very nervous about showing my photos, but seeing other peoples photos is what made me go for it, so i'm hoping mine will do the same for someone else.
