I'd always been fit and active until a couple of years ago when I decided I'd had enough, at the same time I discovered ALL INCLUSIVE holidays and as you can see from my picture I got my money's worth!! I'm fitter, healthier, stronger and happier now than I've ever been. Eating clean and working out has given me so much more energy and a more positive outlook on life. (From my experience) you see personal trainers at some gyms and they just don't care, they've done a 6 week course and got a certificate so they are "qualified" to guide you through the minefield of nutrition (in my case) & training, they see when you walk in the door. Mike has been doing this a looooong time. He's got where he is from being one of the best at what he does, countless before & after photos, so many recommendations both on here and by word of mouth, diary full, waiting list, there really is nothing more to say other than THANKYOU Mike" Rob.
