"I used to run a lot prior to The VTS on-line exercise and nutrition program but then suffered a knee injury, struggled to run and then just lost motivation. I would run miles & miles 4 - 5 times a week but never really saw much of a difference in my body. I'd eat what I thought was healthy but would always feel hungry and get irritable and have a lack of energy. I then stopped exercising completely. I eventually got fed up of feeling unhealthy, tired and unhappy with myself. I knew about Mike Calpin from a few friends that had enrolled and knew that it worked brilliantly for them. I decided that only i could make a change and it was either that or continue being unhappy with myself.I did question my motivation and wondered if I could do it. I have only ever challenged myself academically and never with anything like this so decided I would give it my all. I have learnt so much from Mike, things just make sense and I have learnt once and for all what a healthy diet is. I thought that in order to obtain "abs" (always been my goal but I never thought achievable for me) it would take years, living in the gym and some difficult diet. However with the weekly input from Mike, learning how to eat properly using any of the 300 plus healthy and tasty recipes and meal ideas to choose from and how to exercise effectively I am on track to reaching my goals. I admit I was scared of weights as most woman tend to be for fear of looking "manly " or "bulky" but this really isn't the case. Most importantly I feel healthier than ever and wake up refreshed from sleep which I never did before . I used to suffer terrible indigestion and dehydration headaches - haven't suffered with either once this year!! I'm physically stronger and a much happier person. I'm 5 weeks in to my second enrollment and still enjoying it. It really is the best thing I've done. 100% not a diet , but is a 100% sustainable healthy lifestyle. Big thanks to Mike and Nat."
