I have just finished my 12 weeks VTS and I feel amazing! I've lost inches all over but mainly on my stomach, where i lost 5 inches which has always been the place I've struggled with most! I was fairly active before starting and thought I was eating the right stuff, but I'd come to a bit of a stand still. Mike's knowledge has helped me so much! He has been supportive and answered any questions thoroughly at my check in each week. The VTS system is so easy to use and helped me to keep on track. The recipes are yummy too with so much choice! The exercise plan has been my favourite part, it was simple and it's been so nice to feel myself getting stronger through the weeks. I've also had face to face 1-1 PT with Nat along the way to help me with technique which has been really useful! I can honestly say I don't think my relationship with nutrition and exercise will ever revert back, thanks to Mike and Nat I know what works for me and I couldn't recommend them enough!
