"Last year I experienced severe depression and anxiety which led to time off work. This was the first time I had suffered with anything like this. I lost interest in things I use to enjoy and stopped taking care of myself, which meant I had no energy, wasn't sleeping properly and drinking a little to much. When I saw Mike's advert I thought this would be a way to get me back on track. I started the 12 week programme, as soon as I was sent the link to look at the resources I felt that old pang of motivation. The resources are brilliant and the whole family ate the same meals as me. I started back at the gym, started to have more energy, I was getting up in a morning and getting straight on with my day instead of sitting around drinking tea all morning. My mood was starting to lift. One of the things that really impressed me was the importance Mike put on mental health, taking time for yourself and benefits of meditation. I started back at work, which caused me to have a blip, but knowing I had to be honest with Mike on the logs, this really helped me keep on track. Although I'm not quite where I want to be, since I started 12 weeks ago I have lost 8lb, plus 5 inch from my waist along with inches from other areas. I have now the motivation to continue with my journey, although I will miss the recipes books. Thanks again Mike for your support" Helena
