"Mike, really appreciate all you've done over the last 10 weeks. I feel great, my body has changed, i feel good in my clothes and they fit like they should now and I enjoy my food a lot more too. You were right in all you said but the biggest thing I have learnt from you is understanding 'consistency' As a person who wants everything to happen now, I have learnt to really enjoy my training and just let it happen. In these difficult times we find ourselves in, I have just concentrated on my training, sleep and food and it has helped immensely. From all the negatives to come from COVID 19, I managed to turn some of them into a positive, where as before joining The VTS i'd have probably felt down and eaten junk while stuck at home.
