"When I first started training with Mike after such a long time out of the gym, I was lost and weighing the heaviest I’ve been. I had zero motivation. I needed some accountability and direction and the VTS plan has been perfect for that. It’s easy to follow and the website is so easy to use, it becomes addictive. I found myself logging on as soon as I opened my eyes. There was a couple of weeks my weight stayed the same and it can be disheartening but Mike was always their to give support and reassurance which really kept me on track and thinking of the end goal. I’m now enjoying exercise again and consciously making healthy choices. Clothes fit better, I’m sleeping better and my mood has improved massively. I feel I’m a lot more productive in all areas. It would have been my first day on holiday today had it not been cancelled due to the virus. As gutted as I am it feels amazing to look in the mirror and see the changes over the last 20 weeks. I never thought I would get close to here in the beginning and I want to thank you for that Mike. I couldn't have done it without you! Can't wait to keep improving ready for next holiday lol...
