"I would like to say that before I sought nutritional advice from Mike, I had struggled my entire life with weight issues, even though I wasn't what you would call overweight. I could never understand why I could not lose body fat as quickly as everyone else seemed to. I have always had an underactive thyroid condition that made it difficult for me to lose weight. I knew this was an issue, despite what I thought was a healthy balanced diet and working out at the gym 6 times a week.
