"Well I don't know where to start. Booking in with Mike is by far the best thing I've ever done. I've always been quite interested in fitness but equally if not more interested in food! I didn't realise how big I'd got until I look back at how much I've changed. I've done loads of other diets over the years never really getting any sustainable results. What's different about Mike is he educates you and that makes a massive difference. Knowing why you are doing what you are doing is key. He's also very motivational. Every session I've had, I have walked out feeling confident I did actually have what it takes to achieve my goals. This year will be the 1st year I will feel good in a bikini on holiday. I've still not got my head round my change in size in clothes and recently took a pile of clothes into a changing room 2 sizes too big! If seeing my pictures motivates you then all I can recommend is you get booked in ASAP as demand is high. I didn't think I could achieve anything on this scale but I did. With Mike's knowledge and expertise and the right mindset you can achieve it too. Good luck x"
